How To maximise your poker profits using Big Betting and Blind Stealing

In my last article, I gave you pretty much the most important secrets on how to maximise your poker profits. Well, in this article, I’m going to go into detail about how to blind steal and how to make the most money.

Blind stealing is when you, holding a decent hand, either try to steal the blind or go to the end and just bet to lock hands. When playing games such as small stakes heads up ( heads up) you should generally be looking to win the blind in the early stages. This way, you can be the one in control of the game and have a better control over your own strategy.

Its much easier to steal the blind in these types of games, because the other player doesn’t know if you have a great hand or not, so they might be somewhat scared to call. This creates a larger opportunity for you to win the blinds easily.

When you do decide to try and steal the blind, make sure that you try to do it against only one or two opponents. This way, you have a better chance of success, but also, you will also lose a lot less when your attempted steal fails.

The first thing that you need to do is watch for whenever your opponents present in the blind. If you know that there are no callers, and only one other player is generally in the blind, then you can consider raising.

After you do this, see if you get any callers. If you do, you should continue to raise, and try to take down the blinds. Timing your raise is important, so that you don’t raise when you’re not in the blind, or raise when you’re in the blind, because they might suspect you have something good.

This concept is a fairly simple concept, but it can be a lot of fun to play. Try this out sometime, and see if you think that you could incorporate this into your poker game to profit more.

The best time to try this is when you have a good hand, and everyone checks around to you during the hand. Since you are making a blind steal, you want to make sure that no one else might have a good hand that could beat you. If someone did, they will be out of the hand, but you can still get the blinds.

This also works for later stages, when you are running well. If no one has made a raise in front of you, and you sense that the round might get tighter, you can loosen up a little bit and see some more hands.

If you happen to hit your steal on a decent hand, you don’t even need to worry about the blinds that you probably stole earlier. As long as you have enough chips to keep the others in the mega88, you can make a strong hand out of it.

If you don’t, and you end up losing the hand, the blinds that you would have stolen back from the others might end up eating into your pot. Not such a bad deal if you happen to be in the later stages of the tournament, but if you start early and you lose, your losses will be much greater.
